This is a pair of engines that are red, white and blue. They say 1776 on them. The bottoms are marked Mantua-Tyco. When I tested them one of them had its light come on but did not run; the other one didn’t do anything. One engine has couplers and the other doesn’t. These are strictly being sold for parts of perhaps a professional can repair them, or combine the two and make one of them work. Unlike the other engines I have sold recently I don’t know the history of these. These were not my fathers but belonged to a friend. He gave them to me when he heard I was selling my father’s old HO Scale train set. I am not a train hobbyist or professional. Because of that fact coupled with the fact that I don’t know the history these engines, and the fact that I don’t think they work, I am selling these engines as is, with no refunds or returns.
