This auction is for a 3-stall car repair shop in N scale, as pictured. Newly-built (by me) from a kit by HELJAN (Item #613). Includes corrugated construction, reinforced “glass” skylights through which you can see realistic “steel” trellis supports, and 3 stalls with imbedded grooves for placing track. I built it with the doors open on both ends so your trains can pass straight through. Cleanly constructed and never installed in a layout. Note that the unbuilt kit for this structure currently retails for $36.98. The dimensions are 7 3/8″ W x 4 3/4″ D x 2 3/4″ H. All of my eBay listings are Penny Auctions! Unlike some sellers who only start their auctions at one penny if the item they’re selling has major problems of one sort or another, I list everything I sell with a penny starting price so that my customers always get to determine the final price.
